Rescued by the SPCA after being choked and thrown, Pebbles the Puppy needs your help…

Six month old Pebbles, a beautiful pit bull puppy, was recently rescued by the SPCA’s Humane Law Enforcement Unit (HLE). A Good Samaritan reported to the Yonkers Police that she’d been violently dragged, choked and thrown over a staircase handrail. How anyone could be so cruel we will never know. This poor, defenseless puppy was terrified as she cowered from her abuser, knowing something bad was about to happen to her.

The SPCA’s HLE Unit obtained a video from a nearby security camera that captured Pebbles’ owner brutally assaulting her. The woman was quickly apprehended, arrested and charged with animal cruelty. See our sweet Pebbles NOW in her new video. She is safe at the SPCA of Westchester thanks to YOU, our loyal friends!
